Severe Crowding with Extractions

• Patient presented to our practice with severe crowding and edge-to-edge bite. Four pre-molars were extracted; braces were put for 18 months; teeth were leveled and aligned and all spaces closed. Patient is in the process of having post orthodontic procedures for the discoloration.

Spacing and Flared Teeth

• Patient presented with gaps between the teeth and flare due to tongue thrust habit. Patient was treated with habit break appliance and clear aligners. Treatment length was 14 months.

Crowding with Overjet

• Patient presented with severe crowding and excessive overjet. Four pre-molars were extracted and elastics were worn to correct overjet. Treatment length was 20 months.

Overbite/Deep Bite and Severe Crowding with No Extractions

• Patient presented with severe deep bite/overbite and severe crowding. No extractions were performed and self-ligating braces were worn for 21 months.

Filler Lip Augmentation Post Surgical Orthodontics

• Patient presented with open bite and deficient upper lip. Patient underwent orthognathic/jaw surgery with braces, finished treatment with clear aligners post-surgery, and elected to proceed to lip augmentation with dermal filler and PDO threads.
